With a strong background in customer advocacy, engagement, and operations, Greta has demonstrated expertise in driving organic growth opportunities and managing multiple delivery engagements to achieve value for clients. Throughout their career, Greta has also excelled in patient engagement strategies, eCommerce sales and marketing, and credit and collections. Greta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Psychology from Augustana College.
