Nita Theron

Nita Theron is a seasoned professional in venture building and business consulting, currently serving as a Founding Team member and Senior Venture Builder at Reverse Ventures since February 2023, where the focus is on empowering entrepreneurs. Nita also holds the position of Community and Events Manager at The Open Letter as of August 2024, leading the development of a start-up community in South Africa. Previously, Nita worked at CAPCADE as a Business Consultant, contributing to customer acquisition and marketing strategies, and held roles at Deloitte Consulting, including Strategy Consultant and Digital Transformation Analyst. Nita's academic background includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University, complemented by internships at Mediclinic and Microsoft.
