Monika Saxena

Monika Saxena has over 24 years of work experience in various roles. Monika is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at RevFin since July 2022. Prior to this, they founded and worked as a Trainer & Consultant at 90ten Training & Consulting since April 2014. Monika also served as the General Manager of Learning & Development at Samsung Electronics from June 2010 to April 2014. Before that, they were a Service Delivery Leader at American Express from August 2000 to June 2010. Monika's career started as a Corporate Trainer at NIS, where they worked from 1998 to 2000.

Monika Saxena has a diverse education history, starting with their most recent program in 2022. Monika completed a 3-month certificate program in Solid Waste Management through the Green Skill Development Program by the Government of India. This program focused on developing skills and knowledge related to managing and addressing issues concerning solid waste.

Prior to this, Monika Saxena pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMS, Indore University. Monika enrolled in this program from 1991 to 1993, specializing in Sales and Marketing. This degree equipped their with essential business management skills and an understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Monika Saxena's educational journey began at the University of Madras from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a specialization in Physics Honours. This degree provided their with a strong foundation in physics and its practical applications.
