REVGEN's mission is to empower business-to-business (B2B), small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with excellent, part-time sales leadership. We work with founders and business owners in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida, in the B2B market (under $500M annual revenues) who need help generating consistent, sustainable revenue growth.

REVGEN is more than just a fractional sales leadership provider; we're your collaborative partner. Our approach begins with a Best Practices Sales Audit, a collaborative deep dive into your current sales function. This audit identifies your strengths and weaknesses, creating a shared understanding of the path forward – your "yellow brick road" to success. This collaborative approach ensures we're aligned from the start. Together, we implement standardized, ever-improving sales processes, sales automation, and a hands-on approach to team management and one-on-one coaching (to change selling behaviors).

Our approach ensures that you sleep better as we set your team on a long-term trajectory of success.

At REVGEN, we believe in the power of experienced leadership, the value of collaboration, and the drive for transformative results. We're dedicated to empowering your team with the strategic sales leadership you need to thrive at an affordable cost.
