Evan Norton

An experienced corporate finance executive, Evan has devoted his career to serving clients and building businesses in the health care services sector. After a successful stint as a CPA for Deloitte, Evan transitioned to investment banking, where he served as a Vice President within Raymond James’ Health Care Services practice. While at Raymond James, Evan advised on middle-market private and public financings as well as buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions totaling over $1.0 billion of enterprise value.

As Chief Financial Officer, Evan is responsible for all aspects of ReVIDA’s finance division, including financial reporting and revenue cycle management. Given his expertise as an investment banker, Evan also provides leadership across ReVIDA’s growth and development initiatives.

Evan earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees, with honors, from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a FINRA Series 79 designation.
