Marty Rash

Chairman at ReVIDA Recovery

Mr. Rash is a member of the board of directors of LifePoint Health and the former chairman and CEO of RCCH HealthCare Partners. Prior to the forming of RCCH, he was chairman and CEO of RegionalCare Hospital Partners, as well as chairman and CEO of Province Healthcare and executive vice president and chief operating officer for Community Health Systems.

During his more than 39 years in the healthcare industry, Mr. Rash has served in various additional executive, administrative and financial roles at numerous community hospitals. His leadership experience includes a past position on the board of directors of Odyssey Healthcare, the first publicly traded hospice company (formerly NASDAQ: ODSY). He also held a long-term seat on the board of directors of HealthSpring, one of the largest Medicare Advantage programs in the U.S. (formerly NYSE: HS). He is the current chairman of American Pathology Partners, a medical laboratory company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. He is also the chairman of Unifeye Vision Partners, a company that provides management and support services to ophthalmology and optometry practices, as well as single-specialty eye surgery centers. Mr. Rash is chairman of ReVIDA® Recovery Centers, a comprehensive behavioral healthcare company based in Nashville, Tennessee that treats Opioid Use Disorder.

He is a past chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH) and the Nashville Health Care Council. He holds both a bachelor’s and MBA from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
