Jan Paul Berger

Jan Paul Berger is currently an Advisory Board Member at Revieve. Prior to this, Jan was the Director of Global Risk Management at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide from October 2019 to November 2021. In this role, Jan was responsible for the company's international risk, including global commercial insurance programs and real estate management. This included procurement, claims, bonds/sureties, corporate risk assessments, health and safety initiatives, enterprise risk management, business continuity, exploring captives and other alternative risk transfer options. Jan consolidated disparate global insurance policies and changed commercial brokers for $200K+ savings per year.

In addition to risk management, Jan also oversaw Jacuzzi's global leased and owned property portfolio, managed location acquisitions and terminations, and was the project lead to close the current corporate headquarters for a smaller space - saving approximately $500K/year.

Jan also assisted Finance in dealer and consumer financing, foreign currency hedging and credit card processor management. Jan led the renegotiation of the U.S. dealer financing agreement, achieving a 400 basis point cost reduction for dealers and annual $400K+ in savings to Jacuzzi. Jan also negotiated volume fee reduction matrices with two consumer financing providers - Greensky and Dividend.

Finally, Jan was a member of leadership teams for real estate, global safety and ESG.

Jan Paul Berger has a MBA in Finance & Strategic Planning from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College. Jan also has a certification from the Association of Financial Professionals in Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a certification from the California Department of Insurance in Property & Casualty Broker License - California.
