Jay Ludher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2011, they worked at Jag Ludher & Accountants as an I.T. Support and Maintenance Officer. From February 2017 to July 2017, they were a Service Desk Support Coordinator at Interactive Pty Ltd, where they coordinated with engineers and the Network Operations Centre to resolve customer issues. In January 2017, they worked as an App Sales and Installation team member at Paper2Apps, handling sales appointments and implementing the company's app for customers. Jay also served as the founder of Ground Aurora from May 2018 to June 2020. Jay worked as a Restaurant Waiter at Skiffer Restaurants from May 2018 to December 2019, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a pleasant environment. From January 2015 to December 2015, Jay Ludher served as a Faculty of Engineering & Information Technology Careers Ambassador at UTS: Careers. From June 2020 to June 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at ZOAN, managing projects and leading teams. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Revieve, responsible for managing customer-implementations and liaising with international corporate customers.

Jay Ludher began their education at Newington College from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate. Jay then continued their studies at the University of Technology Sydney from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in IT and a Diploma in IT Professional Practice, focusing on Information Technology. In 2016, they participated in a university exchange program at Uppsala University, further expanding their knowledge in Information Technology. Currently, Jay is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at UCL, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
