Sarah Olson

Sarah Olson has been working in the customer service industry since 2005. Sarah began their career as a Head Photo Specialist at Walgreens, where they worked for nine years. In 2014, they joined CSC as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they worked directly with customers and teams to provide solutions, managed insurance portfolios for over 50 clients, and tracked and oversaw annual insurance licensing. In 2021, Sarah took a role as a Caregiver. Currently, they are an Associate Customer Success Manager at ReviewTrackers.

Sarah Olson attended Wilmington University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Prior to that, they attended Delaware Technical Community College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
