Scott Halasy

Scott Halasy has several years of experience in various product management roles. Scott is currently working as a Product Manager at ReviewTrackers, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at VTS from January to May 2022. Scott also worked as a Product Manager at OppLoans from December 2020 to January 2022.

Scott's previous work experience includes roles such as Product Owner at Rocketmiles, a Booking Holdings company from May 2019 to June 2020, and Product Project Manager at Benzinga from September 2018 to May 2019.

Before transitioning to product management, Scott worked as an Associate Product Manager at Dickson from September 2016 to August 2018. Scott started their career as a Business Analyst at MB Financial Bank in February 2016, where they implemented process improvements and used SQL to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Scott also has experience as a Business Analyst Intern at CrowdJoy in 2016, and as a Performance Analyst at DiMeo Schneider & Associates from September 2014 to December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Fund Analyst/Accountant at Comerica Bank from February 2013 to September 2014. In this role, they were responsible for accounting and safeguarding fund assets, as well as managing corporate actions for the department's funds.

Scott Halasy has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Wayne State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications. Scott completed the course "Intermediate Python for Finance" at DataCamp in July 2020 and also completed the course "Operations Analytics - Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics" on Coursera in the same month. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in "Financial Modeling in Excel" from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) and completed the course "Startup Valuation Methods" on Coursera. Prior to these certifications, in May 2020, they completed the course "Importing and Managing Financial Data in Python" and the course "Introduction to Python for Finance" at DataCamp. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in "Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling" on Coursera, and in October 2018, they obtained the certification of "Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager" from Scaled Agile, Inc. In September 2017, they completed the course "Data Science Math Skills" on Coursera.
