Anisha Yadav

Vice President, Global Customer Marketing at Revinate

Anisha Yadav has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2006 as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Taj Hotels. Anisha then progressed to roles with increasing responsibility at Taj Hotels, including Director of Revenue Strategy, where they were responsible for pricing and revenue management strategy, demand forecasting, and channel management.

After their time at Taj Hotels, Anisha co-founded MumbaiAndU in 2014, where they served as a Co-Founder until 2017.

In 2013, they worked as an Area Director of Revenue Strategy at Commune Hotels + Resorts, where they managed distribution and pricing strategy for multiple properties and executed digital marketing campaigns.

Anisha joined Revinate in 2017 and held various roles, including Technical Account Manager and Global Team Lead of Hospitality Marketing Strategy. Anisha was then promoted to Director of Hospitality Marketing Strategy, where they led a global team and focused on new feature adoption, hotel data analytics, and driving direct revenue. Anisha later became the Senior Director of Customer Success, serving as the Customer Success lead for the North America Region and overseeing global customer education and learning content. Currently, Anisha is the Vice President of Customer Marketing at Revinate, applying their expertise to customer retention, product usage, and engagement strategies.

Anisha Yadav has completed a Strategies That Build Winning Brands program at Kellogg Executive Education. Anisha also obtained a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University, as well as a Hotel Revenue Management Certificate from the same institution. Anisha holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Institute For Technology and Management, and a Bachelors in Management Studies, specializing in Marketing & Finance, from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they have obtained a Hotel Email Marketing Certification from Revinate in November 2020.
