Stephanie Hamilton

Stephanie Hamilton has a diverse work experience in various roles within the customer success, distribution, implementation, and operations departments. Stephanie has held positions such as Director of Customer Success Business Operations at Revinate, where they focused on improving processes and systems for the customer success organization. Stephanie also served as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA at Revinate, leading a team to achieve launch targets and deliver exceptional service to customers. Prior to Revinate, Stephanie worked as the Director of Distribution at Two Roads Hospitality, leading a team to support the field in various aspects of distribution. Stephanie also has experience at Sabre Corporation, managing implementation projects and onboarding customers onto their reservation system. Stephanie has earlier experience in implementation and training at Nor1, where they managed teams and implemented revenue-generating properties. Stephanie started their career in the hospitality industry at Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square as a Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager, and Front Desk Manager. Stephanie has a background in operations and customer success, with a focus on process improvement and delivering excellent service to customers.

Stephanie Hamilton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Dallas, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Stephanie also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from the same university during the same period. Prior to their university education, Stephanie attended Colleyville Heritage High School from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Guest Feedback and Hotel Email Marketing from Revinate in January 2022 and November 2020, respectively.
