Nicole is passionate about unlocking unrealised entrepreneurial potential. Before joining Revio, she spent 5 years building and scaling businesses, first at global challenger consultancy Elixirr and then at pan-African venture builder Founders Factory Africa. She has led strategic acquisitions and supported companies from inception to IPO, with exposure to 10+ African markets.
