Alina Karmacharya

Alina Karmacharya has a long history of experience in the Human Resources field. Alina began their career in 2011 as an HR/Accountant for Letap Group Inc. where they were responsible for processing, compiling and auditing biweekly, monthly and semi-monthly payroll, providing year end support and preparation of general ledger or deduction/earning code reconciliation. In 2014, they moved to CP Homes where they served as HRIS/Payroll. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the administration of the HRIS and Time and Attendance software, including ensuring the transfer and inclusion of comprehensive and accurate information. In 2017, they joined Spirit Realty Capital, Inc (NYSE: SRC) as Manager, Human Resources. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Goodier Cosmetics Inc. and in 2022, they were promoted again to Senior Human Resources Manager at Revision Skincare®.

Alina Karmacharya obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Amberton University between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2008 and 2010.
