Sharon Garnett

Sharon Garnett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Sharon began their career at Household Bank Trading as HFC Bank in 2002, where they served as a Senior Accounts Manager and Acting Branch Manager. In this role, they successfully drove performance by meeting weekly and monthly targets, training new sales members, and providing excellent customer service. Sharon then joined RBS in 2005 as a Deputy Branch Manager. Their responsibilities included achieving sales targets, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Most recently, Sharon worked at Revital LTD as a Human Resources Manager. Over the course of eight years, they enhanced the HR department's visibility and delivered results by modernizing operations and implementing strategic initiatives. Sharon has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and people management.

Sharon Garnett's education history includes obtaining a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management from 2013 to 2015. Sharon also has an associate membership with CIPD. Sharon attended Featherstone High School from 1995 to 2000, where they completed their GCSEs.
