Pavi De Alwis is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product engineering and software management. Currently serving as Product Engineering Lead, Principal, and Partner at Revity since April 2024, Pavi previously held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Block, focusing on global initiatives for CashApp and Afterpay. Pavi played a pivotal role in establishing the Global Engineering organization at Afterpay, overseeing significant projects including the launch of Afterpay Canada and the development of a banking platform within nine months. Pavi's earlier career included numerous leadership roles in software engineering and consulting at DiUS, where expertise was demonstrated in building new products and leading engineering teams across diverse industries, including healthcare and energy.
