Lacy Enderson began their career in 2007 as an Office Manager at Quality Refrigerated Services. In 2010, they took on a similar role as Office Manager at Advance Services, Inc. Later that same year, they joined Maurer Manufacturing Inc. as a Human Resources employee. In 2018, they were hired as the Human Resources Manager at Revival Animal Health, where they managed and provided direction on complex employee relations issues, conducted effective investigations, coached and counseled managers and employees on performance issues, and ensured proper documentation.
