Melissa Lockwood

Melissa Lockwood has a solid work experience with diverse roles in various industries. Melissa currently holds the position of Operations Director, Logistics and Fulfillment at Revival since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at New Era Cap where they held multiple roles including Sr. Manager, Distribution from March 2022 to March 2023, Manager, Distribution from October 2020 to March 2022, and Sr. Distribution Coordinator from May 2017 to October 2020. Before joining New Era Cap, Melissa worked at SweetWorks Confections, LLC as a Key Account Specialist from October 2015 to May 2017 and as an Account Support Representative from November 2014 to October 2015. Melissa also gained experience at Wegmans Food Markets as a Front End Coordinator from August 2010 to November 2014 and at SUNY at Buffalo Archaeological Survey as a Field Technician from September 2012 to March 2014. Melissa's career began with an internship at General Motors as a Production Advisor in August 2008.

Melissa Lockwood's education history begins with their graduation from City Honors High School in 2008, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma and an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors. Following this, they attended the University at Buffalo from 2008 to 2012, earning two Bachelor's degrees. The first degree was in Anthropology, and the second degree was in French Language and Literature.

After a few years, Melissa returned to the University at Buffalo and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2015 to 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Melissa has acquired several additional certifications. In November 2020, they completed the CLOE Leadership Accelerator Program and obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Management. Melissa also received Board Leadership Training from the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County in May 2020.
