Scott Kennedy is an accomplished professional and co-founder director of Revive Eco Ltd., where efforts are focused on converting used coffee grounds into high-value natural oils and chemicals, promoting sustainability in the cosmetics and food & drink industries since 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a hospitality supervisor at Levy Restaurants and tutor at Strathclyde Business School, alongside product development manager at Power a Life Ltd. and a student placement at Virtual Interconnect Ltd. Earlier positions also include a research and development internship at Kingsford Estates Ltd. and participation as a Saltire Scholar with The Saltire Foundation. Scott holds a BA Honours Degree in Business Enterprise from the University of Strathclyde.

Having worked in cafes and restaurants for a number of years, we became sick and tired of seeing more and more coffee grounds being needlessly sent to landfill. They set out with the simple ambition of finding a use for coffee beyond the usual morning pick-me-up and bringing new life to what was previously viewed as waste.
