TJ Kinion serves as the Head of People at Revive Real Estate since March 2023, contributing to the company's innovative offerings in the real estate sector aimed at enhancing homeowner convenience and financial outcomes. Previously, TJ held various leadership roles at LearningFuze from September 2017 to June 2023, focusing on student success in one of the top-rated coding bootcamps in the nation. As a Recruiting Partner at Sofar Ocean in 2022, TJ supported the mission to connect global oceans through marine weather sensor technology. From January 2019 to May 2022, TJ contributed to Startup Grind, fostering connections and education among local entrepreneurs. Earlier experience includes senior recruitment and account management roles at Insight Global from November 2012 to July 2016, establishing an international office in Toronto and building client relationships across major companies.
