Jordan Taflin

Jordan Taflin has held various roles throughout their work experience. They most recently served as the Sr. Director of Technology Operations at ReviveHealth since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Change Healthcare from July 2020 to May 2021. From December 2015 to July 2020, they worked at Continuum Health, where they held positions such as Director of Project Management Office, Manager of Project Management Office, and IT Project Manager. Their responsibilities at Continuum Health included implementing project and program management methodologies, leading software implementations, and driving process improvement initiatives. Before joining Continuum Health, they worked as a Project Manager at Delaware Investments, a member of the Macquarie Group, from September 2008 to July 2013. Their accomplishments at Delaware Investments included implementing a billing system to automate billing management and identifying cost-saving recommendations. They also worked as a Project Manager in the Professional Development Program at Lincoln Financial Group from August 2007 to August 2008, where they enhanced reporting systems, developed sales dashboards, and established an internal sales newsletter.

Jordan Taflin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Jordan attended this institution from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Jordan has obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021, as well as HubSpot Sales Software and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications from HubSpot Academy in December 2021.
