Randi Bauernshub

Randi Bauernshub currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at revive, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Randi spent over 15 years at BHS as the VP of Customer Solutions, where leadership encompassed sales and account management teams with an emphasis on growth and customer success. Randi's earlier career includes experience as an Elementary Educator in both Baltimore County Public Schools and Central Bucks School District, focusing on grades K-3 and contributing as a Peer Facilitator for new hires. Randi Bauernshub holds a BSW/BA degree in Social Work and Education from McDaniel College, earned in 1994.
