Zalena Giles

Zalena Giles, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Revive since July 2022, managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition. Previously, Zalena worked as a Program Specialist at FEMA, facilitating HR practices and budget planning, and held multiple roles at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, where efforts focused on employee training and retention. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Specialist position at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and a Training & Development Specialist role at Tower Federal Credit Union. Educationally, Zalena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts from Anne Arundel Community College.
