Kristel de Ridder

Kristel de Ridder is the Chief Executive Officer at Revividal B.V., where she is dedicated to helping millions of people in their fight against overweight, obesity, and related diseases through a new biomedical solution. She also holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Mevaldi, focusing on biobased platform chemicals for polyurethane production. As the Directeur at K-innotech, Kristel is committed to a sustainable journey towards the new normal amidst the constantly changing world. Additionally, she is a Member of SER Topvrouwen and serves as Co-president of the Netherlands Alumni Club at London Business School. With a background in roles such as Head of Digital & Innovation at Mediq and various positions at A.T. Kearney, Kristel brings a wealth of experience in organizational transformation and business strategy. She holds an MBA from London Business School and dual degrees in Chemical Engineering & Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
