Katie Craig

Katie Craig has over a decade of experience at Revlon Inc., where roles included Manager of Supply Planning, Team Lead for Supply Chain Planning (Interco), and Team Lead for Customer Logistics (Export). Key responsibilities involve managing vendor accounts, processing orders, and analyzing data for Canadian and Latin American customers. Prior to this, Katie held the position of Deductions Assistant at Elizabeth Arden, focusing on dispute resolution for shortage deductions. Earlier experiences include serving as a Public Speaking Instructor at Virginia Tech and various customer service roles. Katie holds an M.A. in Communication from Virginia Tech and two B.A. degrees in Mass Communications and English Literature & Creative Writing from Emory & Henry University.
