Samantha Hemingway is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Revlon since January 2024, Samantha previously worked as an Engineering Consultant at Livestock Nutrition Center LLC, achieving significant uptime improvements in an R&D pellet process. Prior roles at Enviva included Production Manager Trainer, Operational Excellence Specialist, and Process & Reliability Engineer, contributing to the enhancement of manufacturing efficiency across multiple plants. Samantha began her career at Glanbia Nutritionals as a Graduate Engineer and has also held positions at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, Tutoring Club, and USDA-NRCS. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from California State University, Bakersfield.
