Matej Bača

Head of Customer Success at Revolgy

Matej Bača has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Matej began their career in 2011 as a Project Team Lead and later became a Unit Manager at Edymax. In 2013, Matej joined Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o., where they held roles as a Customer Service & Brand Academy Specialist and a Product and Consumer Insight Specialist. Matej then moved on to Porsche Česká republika in 2017, working as a Product Manager in the Audi division. From 2018 to 2020, Matej worked as a Freelancer, specializing in customer experience and marketing consulting. Since 2020, they have been working as the Head of Customer Success at Revolgy, where they manage customer relationships and drives business growth.

Matej Bača received their Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, and Business from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Finance, and Business from the Banking Institute College in Prague from 2010 to 2014. Before entering higher education, Matej attended Technical Secondary School in Bardejov from 2006 to 2010, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified. In terms of additional certifications, Matej obtained a Customer Success Certification Course (G1) from Winning by Design in November 2021.
