Stephen Dyer

Stephen Dyer has a comprehensive and diverse work experience. Stephen currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at REVOLT since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member for ATL CTO: Atlanta's Forum for Product Development Leaders starting in September 2019. From May 2016 to May 2023, Stephen worked at PlayOn! Sports, initially as a VP of Engineering and later as the CTO. In this role, they led the technology group and oversaw the operations of the largest high school media company's streaming platform. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Director, Broadcast and IT Engineering at CNN from March 2004 to May 2016, where they managed a team of 72 engineers and was responsible for supporting CNN's production systems. Prior to their time at CNN, Stephen worked as the Director of Engineering at Virage from March 2002 to February 2004, where they led a group of engineers during the migration of Virage's software products. Stephen also worked as a Sr. Software Manager at Informix from June 1996 to February 2002, leading a team of developers and working on the Media360 Media Asset Management System.

Stephen Dyer has a BSc. Hons degree in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield.
