Felipe L. is a seasoned entrepreneur and builder with over 15 years of experience in the financial and tech industries. They spent 7 years at Merrill Lynch before launching their first venture, Futex, in 2008, and founded Startup House, one of Brazil's first Venture Builders, in 2011. As co-founder of Neon, a pioneering digital bank in Brazil, they contributed significantly to the fintech landscape from 2013 to 2018. More recently, they served as Head of Operations for Revolut in Brazil from 2021 to 2023 and are currently leading the establishment of a global Crypto Exchange at Revolut.
