Glauber Mota

Glauber Mota is the current CEO of Revolut in Brazil. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President at EFG Bank from January 2015 to December 2019. From January 2014 to December 2022, they were an Associate Partner at BTG Pactual. Glauber also served as Director at SunGard Financial Systems from January 2013 to December 2014.

Mota began their career as an analyst at Itaú BBA in January 2008 and later became Vice President at Itaú Unibanco in January 2007. In between their time at Itaú Unibanco and Revolut, they worked as a hedge fund analyst at Opportunity Asset Management from April 2006 to September 2007. Glauber also interned at Banco Santander from January 2005 to December 2005.

Before their professional career, Mota completed a scholarship at IMPA from January 2004 to December 2005. Glauber is also a CNPq scholar in the Applied Mathematics program, focused in quantitative finance.

Glauber Mota has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia, a Master of Science in Mathematical Methods Applied in Finance from IMPA, and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. Glauber also attended the Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
