Harshit Gera

Harshit Gera currently holds the position of Head of Product Strategy & Ops, Premium at Revolut, a leading fintech company valued at $33 billion with over 40 million users worldwide. Since joining in 2020, Harshit has been instrumental in overseeing product strategy and operations for Revolut's subscriptions across more than 38 countries, spearheading the launch and expansion of the "Ultra" subscription tier and successfully managing pricing strategies and benefits revamps. Prior to Revolut, Harshit held various roles at Juul Labs and Essex Lake Group, focusing on strategy and planning, where impactful consulting work was done for major financial institutions. Harshit earned both BS and MS degrees in Geo-physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
