Maíra Freitas

Maíra Freitas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in KYC operations, currently serving as KYC Team Lead and previously as KYC Subject Matter Expert and KYC Support Specialist at Revolut since June 2021. Prior to this role, Maíra worked at ManpowerGroup from September 2020 to February 2021 in various customer care positions, and completed an internship at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in early 2020, contributing to documentation and support of Brazilian delegation activities. Earlier experience includes a role as Bids Analyst at Offerwise and an internship at MIB SHIPPING. Maíra holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Law from Universidade do Minho and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas, supplemented by studies at Burgundy School of Business.
