Petros Karalis

Petros Karalis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and geophysics. Currently serving as a Global Operations Manager at Revolut since April 2022, Petros oversees product improvement and customer experience for Retail and Premium accounts, leading a team of over 250 personnel while focusing on data-driven decision-making and achieving challenging KPIs. Previously, Petros worked at Shearwater GeoServices as a Senior Data Processing Geophysicist from October 2016 to April 2022, where project planning and implementation for global seismic data projects were managed, resulting in workflow optimizations and significant revenue increases. Additional roles include various positions in geophysics at Dolphin Geophysical, as well as earlier experience in operations management and internships in related fields.
