Alex McMillan

Alex McMillan is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Brand Operations Director at Revolution Bars Group PLC since March 2022, McMillan is responsible for overseeing the Revolution and Revolucion de Cuba bar brands across the UK. Prior to this role, McMillan held various positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, including Operations Director and Operations Manager, effectively managing a substantial portfolio of businesses and driving brand strategy.
