Lee Moody

Lee Moody has a strong background in the field of learning and development, with experience in various companies and industries. Lee served as the Head of Learning and Development at Revolution Bars Group PLC, where they held both interim and permanent roles. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Learning & Development and Technical Training at ATS Euromaster. Lee also worked as a Leadership and Organisational Development Specialist at Raise Training & Development Ltd, where they helped individuals and organizations achieve positive change through learning experiences. Lee has also held HR-related roles at The Rank Group plc, Lloyds Bank, and Somerfield.

Lee Moody has a diverse education history. In 1992, they obtained a BSc in Psychology from Swansea University. They furthered their education by acquiring a Pg Dip in HR from the University of Gloucestershire in 2005. In 2011, Moody pursued a Masters degree in HR from Middlesex University. They also have several additional certifications, including being a Registered Psychometric Test User from the British Psychological Society and completing the Mentor Programme Administration from Clutterbuck Associates. Moreover, they obtained a variety of certifications related to workplace mediation and psychometric testing. Recently, in 2021, Moody became a Mental Health First Aid Instructor through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
