Ali Qrqeran, CCTM, currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at the Social Development Bank (SDB) since September 2025, overseeing Graduate Development Programs and executing the Annual Training Plan. Previously, from September 2023 to August 2025, Ali held the position of Talent Management Manager at TARSHID, where a talent management strategy was developed and implemented, significantly reducing employee turnover. Additional experience includes roles as Talent Management & Saudization Manager at Jasara Program Management Company and Head of Learning and Development at Dräger, where training needs were assessed and managed. Ali's background also includes extensive talent management roles at Alkhorayef Group and earlier positions in customer service and patient relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from King Saud University.
