Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is a seasoned operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in the food and consumer product industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Revolution Foods, Michael oversees the delivery of over 200,000 fresh meals daily. Previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Freshly, where significant improvements in distribution efficiency and cost savings were achieved. Michael's experience also includes leadership positions at Sun Basket, NatureBox, and Bare Escentuals, focusing on supply chain optimization, new channel development, and business integration. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
