Sean Molina

Sean Molina has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Revolution Cannabis, where they focused on identifying process inefficiencies, eliminating redundancies, and implementing improvement initiatives to optimize the financial performance of the business. Sean also managed a team of six direct reports and conducted training sessions to improve productivity. Prior to this, Sean served as the Interim Head of Retail at Revolution Cannabis, where they successfully launched a new store in Illinois and generated $12 million in annual sales. Sean also rejuvenated talent at the Maryland location by addressing skill gaps and providing training. Sean's experience includes roles such as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Revolution Cannabis, Principal at SCM Consulting Services, LLC, and Vice President at BMO Capital Markets. Sean has also held leadership positions at Infinium Capital Management, LLC, INTL FCSTONE MARKETS, LLC, Hanley Group Capital, LLC, Ketch Capital Management, LLC, and Investors Bank & Trust. Before their career in finance, Sean was a professional hockey player in the AHL and ECHL leagues.

Sean Molina attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they earned a BBA degree with a focus on Finance and Economics. Sean also obtained several certifications including the NFA Series 3 from the National Futures Association, the Series 24 from FINRA, the Series 63 from the National Futures Association, and the Series 7 from FINRA.
