Peg Horn

Peg Horn has extensive work experience in various positions related to legal and corporate development. Peg served as the Chief Operating Officer at REVOLUTION Medicines from October 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at the same company from December 2014 to October 2018. Peg currently holds the position of Director at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc., starting in December 2022. Peg also served as a Board Member at The First Tee of Oakland starting in November 2021. Peg was a Member of the Board of Directors at Lake Merced Golf Club from January 2009 to December 2015, serving as President from 2015.

Before REVOLUTION Medicines, Peg was the Chief Operating Officer at ProLynx LLC from April 2010 to December 2014. Peg founded Transact Business Consulting LLC in January 2009 and acted as Founder until December 2014. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Legal & Corporate Development at Cogentus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2007 to January 2009 and at Kosan Biosciences from January 2006 to August 2007. Peg also served as the Senior Vice President of General Counsel at Genencor International from April 1991 to October 2005. Peg started their career as a Counsel at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. in August 1988, holding this position until April 1991.

Peg Horn obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Peg attended the university from 1980 to 1985. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Peg Horn attended the law school from 1985 to 1988.
