Josh Peal started their career in 2007 as a Mortgage Assistant at Home Mortgage Solutions, where they were responsible for assisting with loan structure and setup. Josh then worked as an Assistant to the Dean of Research and Development at the University of Mississippi in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they gained experience as a Fixed Income Security Analyst at Duncan-Williams, Inc., focusing on financial analysis and providing oversight for refunding opportunities. Josh also interned at the company, gaining insight into various investment banking sectors. In 2013, they joined Evolve Bank and Trust as a Mortgage Underwriter, and later became the Vice President - Secondary Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Revolution Mortgage since 2023.
Josh Peal attended the University of Mississippi from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Finance. Josh also pursued a similar degree at the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration during the same time period.
