Jared T.

Jared T. is a Human Resources professional with experience in People Operations, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. Jared began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Flagstaff, where they managed police and fire department recruitment strategies, acted as a liaison for the Disabilities and Diversity commission, and conducted interviews. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Generalist for The Guidance Center, Flagstaff and Williams, where they managed the overall benefits process and internship recruitment process. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Generalist for Pauley Construction, where they handled all aspects of marketing and recruitment, and assisted with employee relations matters. In 2021, they joined RevolutionParts as a People Operations Generalist, where they were the point of contact for all benefits related matters, managed payroll processes, and assisted with new hire on-boarding. Jared was promoted to People Operations Business Partner at RevolutionParts later that same year. In 2021, they also joined Ancora Education as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were the primary site contact for the Contact Center, primary contact for the company's LMS system, and was responsible for the annual training rollout for 1600+ employees.

Jared T. obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern Arizona College between 2009 and 2013. Jared has also obtained several certifications from Dale Carnegie and Fred Pryor/Career Tracks, including Creating Your Work/Life Balance Breakthrough, Managing Conflict In The Workplace, Disagree Agreeably, Getting Results Without Authority, Lead Change Effectively, and Employee Management & Supervision.
