Justin Hill

Director of Customer Success at RevolutionParts, Inc.

Justin Hill has over 10 years of experience in customer success, product management, project management, and academic advising. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Customer Success at RevolutionParts. Prior to that, they were a Sr Manager and Manager of Customer Success at Keap from 2014-2020. During their time there, they worked extensively in the Customer Success organization to create and manage TOFU/Onboarding services offered to customers. Justin also led a team of growth hackers to implement a free trial product into the sales funnel. In addition, they were responsible for Alpha Services and acted as a Professional Services Consultant, where they lead and taught Infusionsoft customers the Infusionsoft Small Business Success Method. Before Keap, Justin was an Academic Manager, Academic Advisor, and Admissions Representative at EDMC from 2009-2014.

Justin Hill attended Montgomery County Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Education. Justin then attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in History.
