Will Dunsmore has held a variety of roles in the customer service industry since 2010. Will began their career as a Customer Development Team Lead at GoDaddy, where they managed outbound calls to current clients and educated them on how to use technology products. In 2014, they moved to Concentrix as a Program Manager - Training, where they met the training needs of contact center assistance and managed the training team's budget across six business lines. Will then moved to Endurance International Group in 2016 as a Learning Specialist, where they developed new hire curriculum for BPO partner and led a team of trainers transforming an entire business operation. In 2018, they joined Amazon as a Learning and Performance Specialist, where they drove business profitability by hiring and training four trainers and established a scheduling board for the training team. Most recently, in 2023, they began working as a Customer Success Training & Enablement Manager at RevolutionParts.

Will Dunsmore completed their high school diploma at Skyline High School in 2006. Will has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn for Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership in October 2021, from VitalSmarts for Crucial Conversations, and from VitalSmarts for Influencer.
