P.j. Milly

P.J. Milly has a diverse work experience in the beverage industry. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Revolver Brewing, where they started in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified Online Learning Facilitator at the Institute of Brewing & Distilling since January 2020.

Before joining Revolver Brewing, P.J. Milly had a long tenure with Molson Coors Beverage Company, starting as a Brewing Sr. Process Leader in October 2007 and progressing to the role of Utilities Unit Manager in April 2016. They also served as a Technical Brewer from November 2013 to April 2016.

Additionally, P.J. Milly worked as an Adjunct Professor of Food Science and Technology at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from January 2010 to January 2012. They began their career in the brewing industry as an Assistant BrewMaster at Athens Brewing Company from 1997 to 2000.

P.J. Milly holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia, which was obtained in 2007. Prior to this, P.J. Milly completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Technology at the same university from 2001 to 2003. P.J. Milly also has a BSA degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia, earned between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, P.J. Milly has obtained several certifications in various fields including brewing, malting, packaging, and online learning facilitation.
