Aliza Kogan

Aliza Kogan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at RevOps Co-op, Aliza has previously held key positions such as Chief Everything Officer at Hot SaaS LLC and Head of Partnerships, Community, and Events at Rattle, along with a role as Senior Partner Marketing Manager. As the Chief Confidence Officer and founder of Our Way Career Coaching, Aliza demonstrates a strong commitment to empowering others. Aliza is also a member of Wizards of Ops. Academically, Aliza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
