Bri Perry is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer operations and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Wrike since August 2020, Bri focuses on building a PMO, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration to enhance customer support. Bri's prior roles at Wrike include Manager of Strategic Customer Operations and Sr. Customer Success Operations Project Manager, where significant achievements include winning the 2021 CSO Operations MVP Award and managing large-scale initiatives. Previous experience includes directing an implementation team at Qualer and roles as an internal consultant and teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where expertise in quality improvement and instructional design was demonstrated. Bri holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, Bri is also a member of the RevOps Co-op, contributing to a community aimed at enhancing go-to-market operations expertise.
