Charlene Thompson MAPM is a seasoned professional in Sales Operations, currently serving as the Mentor and Founder of The Sales Ops Effect since July 2021, where the focus is on empowering individuals to foster sustainable growth in small businesses. In addition to leading at The Sales Ops Effect, Charlene holds the position of Head of Sales Operations at Aevi, promoting customer journey mapping and sales operations enablement.
