Adam Ballai

Adam Ballai is currently the CEO and co-founder of RevOps. Prior to that, they were the director of engineering for business experiences at Stripe from October 2016 to January 2018. In that role, they led a group of 30+ engineers focused on providing businesses with simple and effective tools for their daily operations, such as reporting, accounts workflows, onboarding, billing, and security.

During their time at Stripe, Adam established new charters for the Billing team in early 2017, creating the first unified internal billing team in the company. Adam also worked with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Accounting to find a unified vision for handling complex pricing and taxing. In addition, they established a new charter for Identity and Growth, which involved hiring new employees and establishing a management team. Adam was also involved in company planning with stakeholders in Compliance, Risk, and Payments to improve business identity verification procedures while maintaining a low-friction account funnel.

Adam was also responsible for leading the launch of Sigma, SQL in the Stripe Dashboard. Sigma was Stripe's first Data Product available via subscription model and it represented Stripe's entrance into the reporting & analytics tools market.

Adam Ballai is a computer science student at Arizona State University. Adam has also studied at EBHS.
