Ryan L. Parkin serves as Managing Partner of RevOZ Capital, a noted leader and early adopter in Opportunity Zone real estate investing. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Cress Capital. Previously, he was a Principal with Chase Merritt and a Vice President with Andrews Securities where he acted as a principal investor, placement agent and advisor to leading real estate investors, operators and developers.
