Raechel Canipe

Raechel Canipe has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2022, they founded and became the CEO of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, an organization that supports ambitious women in technology, startups, venture capital, and more. As the Regional Ambassador for Synapse Florida from 2020 to 2023, they played a key role in promoting economic development and entrepreneurship in Tampa Bay. Raechel also served as the Director of Operations and an Impact Board Member for Synapse Florida during this time.

In 2019, Raechel joined Quiet Professionals, LLC, where they held the position of Director of Marketing Strategies and Strategic Marketing Manager until 2022. Their responsibilities included overseeing the company's rebranding efforts, managing office construction projects, developing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and negotiating vendor contracts.

Raechel also contributed their skills and expertise to Project Afghan Relief Fund, Inc. in 2021 as an Officer. Raechel played a pivotal role in developing branding, communications, and fundraising strategies for the organization.

Prior to that, they worked at DEX Imaging from 2015 to 2019, initially as a Lead Generation Specialist, then as a Sales Representative, and later as a Software Solutions Manager. Lastly, in 2012, they had the opportunity to work as a Co-investigator for the National Science Foundation's Summer Internship program, focusing on hurricane research.
